How to reconstitute Epitalon: mixing and storage
A peptide with telomerase effects in cells, but no proof that people live longer.
Also called: Epithalon, Epithalone, AEDG, Ala-Glu-Asp-Gly.
Khavinson bioregulator peptides · Synthetic pineal tetrapeptide studied in telomere and circadian models.
Comes as: Freeze-dried powder vials in community use, Sublingual spray used in a small human trial.
Mixed with: Bacteriostatic water is community-reported. The IM study used saline; that does not validate home injection mixtures..
Common vial sizes: 10, 20, 25, 50 mg. Common water amounts: 2 mL.
- One report used 10 mg with 2 mL water. Actual dose depends on verified vial content, not the syringe markings alone.
- Preservative-containing water does not sterilize contaminated peptide powder.
- Free base, acetate and modified analogues may differ. Do not transfer a storage claim between formulations.
- A spray trial is not a recipe for making nasal or sublingual products from injection powder.
Before mixing: Community users store vials cold. FDA describes limited stability information; no shelf life is established for an unknown vial.
After mixing: Users report refrigeration. No validated home-mixed beyond-use period was found; old stored vials are not proof of potency or sterility.
