How to reconstitute SLU-PP-332: mixing and storage
An exercise-mimicking research chemical with mouse benefits and no human dosing trials.
Also called: SLU PP 332, SLUPP332, SLUPP-332.
Exercise mimetics · Pan-estrogen-related receptor (ERRα/β/γ) agonist · Evidence: Animal studies only.
Comes as: Community-reported capsules and tablets, Community-reported powder vials and injection mixtures, Community-reported sublingual liquids.
Mixed with: Users report bacteriostatic water with dimethyl sulfoxide (DMSO). No safe human injectable formulation or mixing method is established..
Common vial sizes: 3, 5, 10 mg. Common water amounts: 0.75, 2, 2.5 mL.
- These are reported vial sizes and water volumes, not a validated mixing recipe. Frequency in the wider community is unknown.
- SLU-PP-332 had kinetic solubility of only 0.2 micromolar in a lab assay. Ordinary peptide mixing assumptions do not apply.
- Users report clouding and precipitate after adding water. Visual clarity cannot confirm uniform dose, identity, sterility or solvent safety.
- DMSO percentages and mixing instructions conflict online. No safe subcutaneous DMSO limit was established in this research.
- Published mouse studies used laboratory solvent mixtures for abdominal-cavity injections; that route is different from injection under the skin.
Before mixing: No validated human-product storage temperature or shelf life found. Capsule users ask about refrigeration; this is not stability evidence.
After mixing: No validated shelf life in bacteriostatic water, DMSO or combined solvents. Published mouse formulations do not establish home-vial stability.
