What does KLOW blend do? Benefits and evidence
GLOW plus KPV: a four-ingredient community blend with no human study of the combination found.
Also called: KLOW, KLOW blend, KLOW 80, KLOW stack, klow-blend.
Community blends · Unapproved community blend of GHK-Cu, BPC-157, TB-500 and KPV; contents and ratios vary.
KLOW adds KPV to the GLOW combination of GHK-Cu, BPC-157 and a thymosin ingredient usually called TB-500. People report using it for skin, injury recovery and gut symptoms. No human study of the four-ingredient blend was found. Separate ingredient research does not establish blend benefits, a safe injection dose or long-term safety. The thymosin ingredient is sometimes called full-length TB4 instead, so the name alone does not establish its identity.
- People report using it for skin goals and say their skin improved; painful welts and bruising are also reported. (Reported by users)
- Users report injury, joint and training-recovery goals, but feeling better does not show tissue repair. (Reported by users)
- In rat studies, its copper peptide (GHK-Cu) helped wounds build collagen; the full blend was not tested. (animal)
- In studies in mice, its KPV part reduced gut inflammation. (animal)
