How to reconstitute KLOW blend: mixing and storage
GLOW plus KPV: a four-ingredient community blend with no human study of the combination found.
Also called: KLOW, KLOW blend, KLOW 80, KLOW stack, klow-blend.
Community blends · Unapproved community blend of GHK-Cu, BPC-157, TB-500 and KPV; contents and ratios vary.
Comes as: Reported lyophilized four-ingredient powder vial.
Mixed with: Bacteriostatic water in the cited community reports; no validated KLOW preparation instructions..
Common vial sizes: 80 mg. Common water amounts: 3, 2 mL.
- Community-reported example: 80 mg total in 3 mL water, assuming a 50:10:10:10 split. This is arithmetic, not an approved preparation method.
- With 3 mL: total strength is about 26.667 mg/mL. GHK-Cu is about 16.667 mg/mL; each other ingredient is about 3.333 mg/mL.
- At 12 U-100 volume units (0.12 mL), the total is 3.2 mg: GHK-Cu 2 mg and each other ingredient 0.4 mg (400 mcg).
- With 2 mL: total strength is 40 mg/mL. At 10 U-100 volume units (0.1 mL), the total is 4 mg: GHK-Cu 2.5 mg and each other ingredient 0.5 mg.
- U-100 units are volume markings, not international units of peptide activity. Total blend mass is not the GHK-Cu dose.
- Other labeled totals, including a disputed 75 mg product, occur. Verify every component amount and thymosin identity; do not reuse the 80 mg fractions for a different ratio.
- Do not assume a vial holds a proposed water volume. No home mixing process, transfer or certificate of purity guarantees sterility or endotoxin safety.
Before mixing: No validated storage specification identified for the exact mixed product.
After mixing: No verified beyond-use period. Refrigeration does not establish sterility, potency or stability.
