KLOW blend: research
GLOW plus KPV: a four-ingredient community blend with no human study of the combination found.
Also called: KLOW, KLOW blend, KLOW 80, KLOW stack, klow-blend.
Community blends · Unapproved community blend of GHK-Cu, BPC-157, TB-500 and KPV; contents and ratios vary.
No human studies of KLOW itself were found in PubMed or intervention-name registry searches on 2026-11-03. The studies below concern separate ingredients, not the four-ingredient blend.

These are doses reported in labels, trials or user reports, not a personal plan. Check the source behind each one.
KLOW blend side effects and risks
Reported side effects
- Injection-site pain, redness, welts or bruising: Self reports without a denominator; no reliable KLOW reaction rate., moderate. Pause for persistent reactions; spreading heat or redness needs prompt assessment. (source)
- Serious allergic or immune reaction: FDA flags immune reaction risk; blend incidence is unknown., serious. Breathing trouble, throat swelling or collapse needs emergency care. (source)
- Infection from a contaminated injection: Product related risk; no measured blend rate., serious. Seek urgent care for fever with spreading redness or severe injection-site pain. (source)
Stop and get help if
- Trouble breathing, throat swelling, collapse or fainting after an injection: Stop and call emergency services now.
- Hot, painful, spreading redness or swelling at an injection site: Stop injections and seek urgent same-day care; fever, confusion or fast breathing needs emergency care.
Who should avoid it
- pregnant: Precaution: adequate pregnancy safety data for the four-ingredient blend are absent.
- breastfeeding: Precaution: milk transfer and infant effects have not been studied for the four-ingredient blend.
- tryingToConceive: Precaution: reproductive safety and a safe washout period are unknown.
- under18: Precaution: no pediatric four-ingredient blend safety or dosing studies found.
- activeCancer: Precaution: ingredients promote blood-vessel growth in lab studies; effects on human tumors are unknown.
- cancerHistory: Review prior cancer with the treating clinician; long-term tumor effects have not been measured.
- kidneyDisease: Blend clearance and dose changes in kidney disease are unknown.
- liverDisease: Blend clearance and dose changes in liver disease are unknown.
- bleedingDisorder: Precaution for needle-related bruising and bleeding, especially with muscle injection.
- surgeryPlanned: Tell the surgical team about all ingredients; no safe perioperative stopping interval is established.
- testedAthlete: BPC-157 and TB-500 are prohibited at all times under the 2026 WADA list.
- other: Avoid re-exposure after a serious reaction; peptide impurities can trigger immune reactions.
- other: Precaution: GHK-Cu adds copper exposure; copper buildup can damage organs. No safe injectable four-ingredient blend dose is established.
Interactions
- Additional GHK-Cu or copper supplements: Adds copper exposure. No KLOW interaction study defines safe combined amounts, and oral copper limits cannot be used as injection limits.
- Other BPC-157, TB-500, thymosin beta-4 or KPV products: Duplicates ingredients or adds a different thymosin molecule. Combined safety and a reliable total exposure cannot be inferred from the blend name.
Product quality risks
- Label names may hide different TB4 molecules; fragment and full-length products are not interchangeable.
- FDA-reviewed ingredient COAs lacked some content, aggregate or endotoxin controls. HPLC purity alone cannot establish injection safety.
- Unauthorized injections may have wrong amounts, undeclared ingredients, microbes or endotoxins; blend defect rates are unknown.
How KLOW blend works
The proposed rationale combines copper-linked tissue remodeling, BPC-related vessel signaling, thymosin-related cell movement and KPV-related inflammatory signaling. These are separate ingredient findings. No human study establishes synergy or the safety of mixing all four.
- GHK-Cu: Skin and wound research concerns topical products or animal experiments. It does not validate an injected KLOW dose.
- BPC-157: Laboratory work includes tendon repair and vessel-growth signaling. Small uncontrolled human reports do not establish blend efficacy.
- TB-500 / reported thymosin ingredient: Full-length thymosin beta-4 has separate human research. Those results cannot be assigned to the shorter TB-500 fragment or an unidentified mixed vial.
- KPV: KPV reduced inflammatory signaling in cells and colitis in mice given KPV in drinking water. This does not establish injected gut benefits in humans.
Half-life: Unknown for the blend; no human combination pharmacokinetic study found.
Gaps: No directly relevant human trial of the four-ingredient blend was identified; unpublished work cannot be excluded. No measured market prevalence or universal KLOW formula. The commonly discussed 80 mg recipe is a documented example, not an approved standard. Thymosin identity may be full-length TB4, a fragment or mislabeled material. A label and blend total cannot resolve this. No blend pharmacokinetics, compatibility, stability, sterility, validated beyond-use date or long-term copper-safety threshold. No reliable adverse-event rates, controlled gut or skin outcomes, or validated pregnancy, pediatric or cancer safety. No evidence that eight-week cycles, off weeks or five-days-on schedules reduce harm. The local anecdote dataset has no KLOW-tagged extraction group. Mentions inside other compound stacks cannot supply a blend dose or prevalence denominator.
