A short-acting experimental peptide that triggers reproductive hormone release.

Also called: KP-10, KP10, Kisspeptin 112-121, Metastin 45-54, NSC 741805.

Reproductive axis peptides · KISS1 receptor agonist.

Kisspeptin-10 triggers reproductive hormone release, but home injection benefits and long-term safety remain unproven. Libido and IVF findings for kisspeptin-54 do not establish benefits for kisspeptin-10. Small studies found hormone changes, sometimes including testosterone. A 2026 study tested under-skin infusions for up to 12 days in healthy men. It has no approved dose.

  • In small studies in men, an IV dose raised testosterone and LH, the hormone that signals the testes. (Studied in a trial)
  • In a small study, pump doses under the skin kept their hormone effect for 12 days. (Studied in a trial)
  • Studied as a test of the brain's reproductive signal in delayed puberty and low sex hormone conditions. (Studied in a trial)
  • People report stronger libido or fuller testes, but no one confirmed it with tests. (Reported by users)
