How Pinealon works

A peptide with unproven brain benefits and no established injection dose.

Also called: EDR, Glu-Asp-Arg, glutamyl-aspartyl-arginine.

Khavinson bioregulator peptides · Synthetic tripeptide studied for nerve-cell protection.

In lab models, Pinealon changes gene activity linked to cell survival and serotonin. Some stressed nerve cells survive better. Whether an oral or injected dose reaches the human brain intact and produces useful effects is unknown.

  • Oxidative stress and ERK signaling: Changes seen in cells; human clinical relevance unknown.
  • Serotonin-related gene activity: Increased expression in aging cortex cultures; no confirmed human brain effect.

Half-life: Human half-life has not been established.
