  • Adult GHD: six approval trials: Lean mass and total body water rose; fat mass and waist fell versus placebo. The label does not give numeric changes. (source)
  • Adult GHD: early replacement trial: GH: lean mass +5.5 ±1.1 kg and fat mass -5.7 ±0.9 kg, mean ±SE. Neither changed significantly with placebo. (source)
