How to reconstitute CJC-1295 without DAC: mixing and storage
A peptide intended to trigger growth hormone release, with no human dosing study found.
Also called: Modified GRF 1-29, Mod GRF 1-29, Mod GRF(1-29), CJC-1295 no DAC.
GHRH analogues · Modified GHRH 1-29 analogue without an albumin-binding DAC tag.
Comes as: Freeze-dried powder vial., Reported blend containing 5 mg modified GRF 1-29 plus 5 mg ipamorelin..
Mixed with: Users report bacteriostatic water; no approved diluent or mixing schedule exists..
Common vial sizes: 2, 5 mg. Common water amounts: 2, 2.5, 3 mL.
- A 5 mg + 5 mg blend has 10 mg total peptide, but only 5 mg of each ingredient. Calculate each ingredient separately.
- Reported 2–3 mL water volumes describe practice; they do not establish compatibility or sterility.
- Haze or particles were reported after mixing; do not inject a visibly abnormal preparation.
- Bacteriostatic water does not sterilize contaminated powder. A clear vial can still contain microbes or endotoxin.
- Do not borrow a 28-day expiry or storage instructions from another peptide or its diluent.
Before mixing: FDA reviews describe frozen research powder, often below −20°C. No validated patient-product shelf life was found.
After mixing: Users report refrigeration. No validated mixed-vial stability or beyond-use date was found for these preparations.
