How CJC-1295 without DAC works
A peptide intended to trigger growth hormone release, with no human dosing study found.
Also called: Modified GRF 1-29, Mod GRF 1-29, Mod GRF(1-29), CJC-1295 no DAC.
GHRH analogues · Modified GHRH 1-29 analogue without an albumin-binding DAC tag.
This modified 29-amino-acid peptide is designed to mimic GHRH, the pituitary signal for GH release. It lacks the albumin-binding DAC tag. Human hormone responses to this exact product have not been established in a controlled study.
- GHRH receptor: Intended to trigger pituitary GH release; direct human evidence for this exact analogue is absent.
- GH–IGF-1 pathway: An expected downstream pathway, not a proven effect size for community no-DAC products.
Half-life: Unknown in humans for modified GRF 1-29; a quoted 30-minute half-life was not verified in a human PK study.
