What’s the difference between BPC-157 and TB-500?

BPC-157 is an experimental repair peptide with mostly animal evidence and a few small human reports. TB-500 is a short piece of thymosin beta-4 with no proven repair benefit in humans. People often take them together as the Wolverine stack. See BPC-157 and TB-500.

Semaglutide, tirzepatide or retatrutide: what’s the difference?

Semaglutide (Ozempic, Wegovy) works on 1 receptor, tirzepatide (Mounjaro, Zepbound) on 2, retatrutide on 3. Semaglutide and tirzepatide are FDA approved; retatrutide is still in trials. Compare semaglutide, tirzepatide and retatrutide.

What are Wolverine, GLOW and KLOW?

Community blends: several peptides in one vial. Wolverine is BPC-157 plus TB-500. GLOW adds GHK-Cu. KLOW is GLOW plus KPV. None of these blends has been tested as a blend in people.

Are peptides FDA approved?

Some are. Semaglutide, tirzepatide and tesamorelin are FDA-approved drugs for specific uses. Many others, like BPC-157 and TB-500, are not approved. Every peptide page shows its status next to the name. Browse them all.

How do I mix a peptide vial?

Swab the stopper, add the water slowly down the glass, swirl (don’t shake) and store it as labelled. The dosing calculator turns your dose into units on a U-100 syringe.
