Wolverine stack (BPC-157 + TB-500): research
An unapproved recovery blend with no controlled human trial of the premixed product.
Also called: Wolverine blend, BPC/TB blend.
Community blends · Unapproved BPC-157 and TB-500 mixture; ratios and ingredient identities vary.
Related uncontrolled combination exposures are not studies of a marketed fixed blend. Composition and amounts cannot be assumed equivalent. No verified fixed-blend study count is assigned.
Studies
- Knee pain: four combination recipients. case-series, n=16, 16 respondents aged 19–77; 17 charts reviewed. Four received BPC-157 plus TB4.. Pain improved in 3/4 combination and 11/12 BPC-only recipients; this cannot establish benefit of a premixed blend. (source)
- Dental nerve injury: three mixed-treatment cases. case-series, n=3, Three patients aged 38, 85 and 48 with jaw sensory changes after dental procedures.. All three reported sensory improvement, but other drugs and spontaneous recovery prevent attribution to the peptides. (source)
- Rat tendon repair: no added combination benefit. animal, n=32, 32 male rats after Achilles tendon transection and surgical repair; eight per group.. The pair did not outperform either ingredient alone in this small rat experiment. (source)
- BPC-157: blood-vessel signals. animal, Rat hind-limb ischemia, chick membrane and cultured human vessel cells; no people dosed.. BPC-157 increased vessel growth and VEGFR2–Akt–eNOS signaling in animal and cell experiments. (source)
- Full-length TB4: rat skin wounds. animal, Rats with full-thickness skin wounds and cultured migrating skin cells.. Full-length TB4 increased wound covering in rats; this does not establish effects of the TB-500 fragment. (source)
Wolverine stack (BPC-157 + TB-500) dosage
Typical reported dose: 0.5 mg each of BPC-157 and TB-500 once a day
- Equal parts, daily reports: 1 mg total: BPC-157 0.5 mg + TB-500 0.5 mg daily. once daily, under the skin. Reported by users, occasional report. Studied in: Adults discussing self-use; products and outcomes unverified. (source)
- Five dosing days, two off-days: 1 mg total on dosing days: BPC-157 0.5 mg + TB-500 0.5 mg. once daily on five days each week, under the skin. Reported by users, occasional report. Studied in: Adults discussing self-use; products and outcomes unverified. (source)
These are doses reported in labels, trials or user reports, not a personal plan. Check the source behind each one.
Wolverine stack (BPC-157 + TB-500) side effects and risks
Reported side effects
- Injection-site pain, redness or swelling: No reliable blend event rate; reports lack a denominator., moderate. Pause for persistent reactions; spreading heat or redness needs prompt assessment. (source)
- Serious allergic or immune reaction: FDA flags immune reaction risk; blend incidence is unknown., serious. Breathing trouble, throat swelling or collapse needs emergency care. (source)
- Infection from a contaminated injection: Product related risk; no measured blend rate., serious. Seek urgent care for fever with spreading redness or severe injection-site pain. (source)
- Darkening of skin and gums: FDA described one BPC/TB500 user with recurrence on re exposure; dose and causality uncertain., moderate. Stop further exposure and seek assessment for new widespread pigment changes. (source)
Stop and get help if
- Trouble breathing, throat swelling, collapse or fainting after an injection: Stop and call emergency services now.
- Hot, painful, spreading redness or swelling at an injection site: Stop injections and seek urgent same-day care; fever, confusion or fast breathing needs emergency care.
Who should avoid it
- pregnant: Precaution: no blend pregnancy safety data; pregnancy was excluded from the knee report.
- breastfeeding: Precaution: milk transfer and infant effects have not been studied for the blend.
- tryingToConceive: Precaution: reproductive safety and a safe washout period are unknown.
- under18: Precaution: no pediatric blend safety or dosing studies found.
- activeCancer: Precaution: ingredients promote blood-vessel growth in lab studies; effects on human tumors are unknown.
- cancerHistory: Review prior cancer with the treating clinician; long-term tumor effects have not been measured.
- kidneyDisease: Blend clearance and dose changes in kidney disease are unknown.
- liverDisease: Blend clearance and dose changes in liver disease are unknown.
- bleedingDisorder: Precaution for needle-related bruising and bleeding, especially with muscle injection.
- surgeryPlanned: Tell the surgical team about all ingredients; no safe perioperative stopping interval is established.
- testedAthlete: BPC-157 and TB-500 are prohibited at all times under the 2026 WADA list.
- other: Avoid re-exposure after a serious reaction; peptide impurities can trigger immune reactions.
Interactions
- Duplicate peptide products: Amounts add across vials and blends. No combination study establishes a safe total exposure.
- Oral anticoagulants: Muscle injections can increase bleeding or bruising. This is a needle-related risk; a chemical interaction with the blend is untested.
Product quality risks
- Label names may hide different TB4 molecules; fragment and full-length products are not interchangeable.
- FDA-reviewed ingredient COAs lacked some content, aggregate or endotoxin controls. HPLC purity alone cannot establish injection safety.
- Unauthorized injections may have wrong amounts, undeclared ingredients, microbes or endotoxins; blend defect rates are unknown.
How Wolverine stack (BPC-157 + TB-500) works
Ingredient experiments suggest effects on blood-vessel growth, cell movement and repair signals. Most findings come from animals and cells. They do not establish that a mixed vial works better. Full-length thymosin beta4 and the shorter TB-500 fragment are different molecules.
- BPC-157: VEGFR2–Akt–eNOS: More vessel-growth signaling in animal and cell experiments.
- Full-length TB4: actin and cell movement: Wound-repair activity cannot simply be assigned to every TB-500 product.
Half-life: No human half-life established for the premixed blend.
Gaps: No controlled human, dose-finding or long-term safety trial of the premixed blend was found. The human reports include seven combination recipients, different routes and uncertain TB4/TB-500 equivalence. No studied ceiling exists for daily under-skin use; no comparable human maximum can be stated. Cycles, loading phases and microdoses have no validated safety or effectiveness advantage. Interaction studies, validated lab schedules and premix compatibility data are missing. Community prevalence is a search impression, not a measured proportion; promotion and duplicate users cannot be excluded. No independent survey of premixed-vial purity, content, sterility or endotoxin rates was found. A split-dose report gives 0.3 mg of each twice daily but omits route; it remains a community report, not a route-assigned protocol. EU national authorization and UK import or possession rules were not established; no legal status is inferred from availability online.
